That honestly looks like Teodoro Macias Nguema or the big guy himself Masie Nguema Biyogo. The first leader gave Teodoro his nephew several cushy jobs before Teodoro overthrew him in 1979 and 47 years he is still “Presidente a la vida”.

Interesting theory. I have tried to look for a signature by Teodoro Obiang to be able to compare it and I have not been successful. Do you have the option of finding that signature or a document that supports your theory?

No, I just suggested as it looks like Macias above and Teodoro underneath.

To be real honest, I would be amazed if they were literate.
