Add a few newer signatures for Sweden [Risolto]

I have only been able to find a few of the newer signatures for Sweden, with both name and picture, but I think it's a good start. Maybe the referee can help with more?

I'm also missing Bo Broman, who only signed on P# 69 and 71. Since that's the modern notes, maybe referee @ngdawa  or other Swedes have a note with the signature, which can be used instead?

I saw I made a few forgetfulnesses when I added the spreadsheet. Forgot the issuere in the bottom and the names in the yellow colon. Should be fixed now :)

Some names on the spreadsheet are missing their functions (Governor, etc). Could we update them here? =)

When unknown, we can keep unknown. It is better than nothing and can push members with the knowledge to provide missing info.
