Wrong Composition New Zealand Silver Rounds [Risolto]

This medal series is listed as being steel or silver plated steel but it says clearly they are 1oz 999 Fine silver. They are also listed as being Coin replicas which doesn't seem right. I tried contacting the member that posted the pictures but they are no longer here. I also question the weight 28 grams (avoirdupois ounce) rather than 31.1 grams (troy ounce).

I believe they are Chinese made medal/tokens that purport to be .999 silver but in actual fact are cheap plated metal. I don't think they are coin replicas but should probably be classed as Fantasy coins.
