French banknote with writing I can’t seem to understand. [Risolto]

I have this French banknote from a coin store which I already know what it is as I have it logged on numista but what does the writing say on the bill? DISCLAIMER: Cursive is not my strong suit and I have no idea what this says so if it’s something bad then I have no knowledge of it.

Sir PFPchangesalot. (I am very indecisive in what I want as one)

Probably just some soldiers' names and addresses that served in the same unit in World War 2 so they could keep in contact or as a memorabilia.

I have another bill from japan I believe that had writing on it too but its taped up pretty much. Seems that it could also have a similar case to this one as one of the writings on this features a real place (Spickard Missouri)  so it would make sense. Thanks for the help!

Stato cambiato a Risolto (Borednumist, 12 Feb 2025, 21:05)

Seems to be a list of people & some addresses, mainly US. I'll make out what I think I can see, but might be mistaken.

-----

On the front, bottom right: Y L Winters, (Corp?). Butte, Mont. 18 (?) 1945

There is a Butte, Montana. Possibly a corporal?

-----

Front centre (across the Paris bit): Doualf (?) W. (?), 2nd Lt C.W.S., Marinette(?) Wis

CWS was the US' Chemical Warfare Service. I don't believe they really saw active action deploying weaponry, but were deployed throughout the battlefields nonetheless.

2nd Lt will be 2nd Lieutenant.

Wasn't 100% on the name, but there is a Marinette, Wisconsin.

-----

Front top-left: Phil Losse (Fosse?). Top right is a date Jan or June 6 1945.

-----

Back, upper-centre: Philip A. Young, Arm(?), Spickard, Missouri.

As you noted, this place does exist.

-----

Back top-left (partially missing): can't make out the name, looks like it starts Moul…, is nav(y), I.C. Mo.

Could be J.C., which would be Jefferson City, capital of Missouri (state abbreviation is MO)

-----

Back, extreme bottom right: Gene Brennan, Great Falls, Montana.

-----

Back, bottom right: Henry H. Lujam(?), Salt Lake City, Utah.

-----

Back, bottom centre-right. Quite hard to tell. Possibly: Carl Pyne, Seliens(?) Stan, Mont.

(Probably Montana).

-----

Back, bottom centre-left: Sal(?) Juipmann(?), Puci(?), Utah.

Couldn't find Puci in Utah on Google maps though. 🤷

-----

Back, centre (written upside-down): John D (P, B?) Bradley, 123 R. Street, ? (Looks like Blacklady), Utah.

Again, couldn't find such a place name.

-----

Back, bottom-left (Upside-down text): John(?) Lucky Ser…, S. Sgt, H67(?)

S. Sgt is probably something like Staff Sergeant. H67 may be a grouping reference, but no clue.

H67 did return a hit for the UK's HMS Fearless, but that was sunk in 1941 off Malta, wouldn't have had a staff sergeant, and goes against the US addresses of everything else. So, probably exclude that.

-----

And I think that's the lot. A lot of ? about, but might help point you in the right direction.
