If you're going to add flags shouldn't they be the flag used when the items were made? Example:

I would disagree on using modern flags for Japanese domains. Crests of ruling clans are fine, but I haven't start researched on this field.

I would add this to work queue.

I added the flags for the 3 “micronations”. For the rest, I suggest you open separate threads for each issuer (or group of related issuers) with some explanation or source justifying why the flag applies.
