Search with only issuer and type set shows unapproved coin pages.
Set year filter in Year or Gregorian year range and unapproved pages are hidden.
At the time of this post pieces460761 page was listed as pending for approval. pieces460717 was not approved. I could see them both in summary/search results. In my view display was set to order by ruling authority if that matters.
