I like to check this most times so I can respond to topics that interest me.

However every now and then i respond to a topic I have little interest in, fleeting interest or something I am critical of. Can I remove these topics appearing from in the Topics I posted in page, so I don't see them and get excited over reponses and then finding they are from a topic I don't care about it.

If not already available - you should invent this feature.

Have an edit button on the page.

Click it and a check box shows next to each topic and the user can click the topic so it is removed from the list.

If they want to follow it again, they merely  make a post on it and back it comes.

Very easy and we can repsond to the topics we care about.

I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

If you were not interested in the topic, why would you post in it in the first place?

Only way I can think of removing a topic you posted in, would be to delete all your posts in that topic.

We can lose interest in things, or the post could be critical.

Hello!

To follow a topic, simply reply to it once. But if you want to stop following the topic, just click this bell and disable notifications.

When the image is as below, you will no longer receive notifications from the topic.

Is this what you needed? =)

Best,

Vladimir.

Probably not the same - topic I posted in / topic I follow -

unsure if there is a way [yet] to change notification of such.

Maybe Xavier knows or can create it.

You can turn off notifications but it's all or none.

You can turn off notifications but it's all or none.

As described by vladthiengo, you can turn off notifications for a specific topic. This will impact only the notifications though (the notification page and/or the email notification, depending on your account settings).

There is no way to hide it from the page “Topics I posted in”, and I don't see a strong need for such feature.

I meant you can prevent the See my notifications from appearing but not individual ones from within the See my notifications list. But suppose it looked like this where you could go down the list and prevent new notification for that subject from appearing without having to open every one you wanted to stop notifications individually.

Some time ago I posted a suggestion for creating a list of topics with reply notification button activated.

If you do not want to follow a topic, you disable its notification.

Wanted & swap list (euro coins & world coins, exonumia and banknotes circulated) https://goo.gl/AQjfKp - I have euro & world CC coins for swap.
