Creation of the City of Dahlhausen [Risolto]

According to Wikipedia, Dahlhausen is a district in the southwest of Bochum, bordering the cities of Essen and Hattingen. It belongs to the Bochum-Südwest district. On the other side of the Ruhr River lies the Essen district of Burgaltendorf. Because of the name Linden-Dahlhausen, it is often assumed that Dahlhausen is part of Linden, but this is not the case.

Dahlhausen was it's own municipality until 1921 and only in 1929 it became part of Bochum, so not a district in the times of this object.
