Hello everyone. Thank you all for your help. This time I need your help with this coin as I sent it to PCGS and their response was as it is. I explained to them the error and their response was as it was sent to them as the result. Please help. Is the result as stated or am I right? And is it possible to display it on another site as it is with label? Thank you very much.

Hello, thanks for the reply regarding the error. To confirm this, I have drawn an arrow on the building. I hope this helps. Thanks again. I also contacted PCGS them and their response was that I would return the coin with an additional amount. Their response was that there was no error, even though the error was very clear.
