Soviet China: Issuing Entities [Risolto]

Hello!

So here are all the issuing entities for Soviet China (nearly 80!). I am not quite sure how to format these, but all were located in China, and I also included the years (but if those are not needed, just ignore that column). Rather than individually adding all these to the small soviet issuers, I would suggest adding them all to the overall “Soviet China” issuer. A few of these banks spanned over multiple issuers, and it could potentially be easier to navigate this section using the issuing entities rather than just the issuers.

That is, assuming it can even work that way. I'm not sure. If any modifications are needed to the below list, I will provide them:)

I added the currency and will work on those issuing entities. Please let me know which denominations are needed as well.

I updated the list to match the overall areas (Republic, Base Areas, and Liberated Areas). They are all basically the same (in regards to currencies) but with different date ranges. The currency one was put under “soviet_china” but with its modifications, it should be under “chinese_soviet_republic_section”. I can also make a separate thread for this if desired.
