Doesn't matter. Initials are assigned by the Admins, not the member.

The member who creates the spreadshit asigns the initials is less work for the admin. I did this plenty of times.

As I said less work for them and will be added quicker.

I have determined some of their initials based on what they use in real life. Instead of FRM, an a filipino, we widely accept BBM for “Bongbong Marcos”. For duterte, DU30(Du"Thirty") and RRD are equally treated and both can be used.

Then someone needs to change the instructions if it's easier and desirable for the member to create the initials. Doesn't make sense if only a few know it's acceptable to do.

You do not need to create initials at all, sorry for any confusion.

if numbers cannot be in initials, then ill stick with rrd instead of du30
