I do not find the name of this series in any language, so I use the general name “Chinese zodiac” in English (and its translation in other languages (“Zodiaco chino” in Spanish…).

Series dedicated to the Chinese zodiac. The Chinese zodiac is a traditional classification scheme based on the Chinese calendar that assigns an animal and its reputed attributes to each year in a repeating twelve-year cycle. Chinese folkway held that one's personality is related to the attributes of their zodiac animal. The twelve zodiac signs are: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
The series consists of twelve gold plated centre in silver plated ring tokens issued by China Coins around 1995 and 2010. The obverses depict the zodiac animal, and the reverses depict its Chinese character.
The obverses of these tokens have the signature of Ma Jin (馬晉). Ma Jin (1900-1970) was a Chinese painter, good at painting horses, flowers and birds, calligraphy, seal carving, and kite making. He served as a painter at the Beijing Academy of Painting.
