It is impossible to add images under different CC licenses.
For example I might want to upload image without NC restriction for some item that does not have publicly available image, but I have to use CC-BY-NC for other image as it is set that way by copyright owner.
If third party uses free image from Numista under CC and uploader changes license settings in personal profile, what kind of proof third party will have to show that image that they used did not have NC restriction at the time.
