Edit a line or add a line? KD prefix and J suffix, HMD printer [Risolto]

I have this 2013 note:

It is printed by HDM:

Do we need to alter one line to include the J suffix, or does this get its own line?

I went to open the registry for this note and saw that things there are a bit confusing. I'm trying to sort it out...

I believe that just the prefix information is enough, because if we separate it into suffixes as well, we could have many lines with the same signature and the same characteristics.

The first thing to investigate: is there, in fact, the 2022 issue printed by Giesecke & Devrient? I didn't find anything in the BNM or TBB.

Can you help me with this research and sort things out here? =)

One more detail, @odd job, check whether the security strip on your note (suffix J) has the inscription: "REP DEM DU CONGO" or not.

Hello Brandon, thanks for confirming the 2013!

On the page, there is information about the security tape you requested last December. I think we need to adjust more details, do you agree?

What we can speculate so far is that the 2013 HdM issues with the prefix KD have two types of security tape: without inscription (suffixes D to J) and with inscription (suffixes K to X). The TBB does not divide the two types, but we can do it here, without any problems.

The 2022 line with G&D printing still needs confirmation, as well as a line without a date that I am still researching what it would be.

What I think we have as a registration is that in 2013 we will have the division into suffixes (according to the security tape). In the other lines, only the prefix.

The security strip and the printer's information on the reverse can be different, depending on the version of the note.

Below is a 2007-07-31 note with prefix KA and suffix Y, printed by G&D. The printer's mark on the lower right reverse says “GIESECKE & DEVRIENT, MUNICH” and the security strip has “|REP|DEM|DU CONGO|” repeated on it:
