One is listed as a full date, the other just contains the year only. The year only listing seems to be erroneous. The 2021 date is given on the note simply in a commemorative fashion, as 2021 was the 200th anniversary of independence. The note issue date is fully given near the signatures as Oct 24, 2019. I cannot find an example where the 2021 year appears anywhere else other then in the commemorative portion in the corner. Therefor, I believe the 2021 year listing should be merged into the correct 2019 variety.
@adanieluy, I believe this information is correct. It seems to me that the date of 10/24/2019 was even included later, since there are many more users registered with the year 2021 than with the correct date.
If you can, please give your opinion on this so that we can make adjustments, if necessary.
Regards,
Vladimir

I agree the request is correct. 2021 is just the date of the commemorated event, but not the issuing date.
Vladimir, can you please move owners to 2019 line and delete 2021?
Thanks to you, and to ajbarbados for letting us know.
