The 2 Rupee appears to have a 2 digit radar (144441).  It should have a small premium above the regular value of that particular series for the grade/condition. Do not sell the note unless you find a buyer who appreciates that radar serial number. 

The 10 rupee has a regular serial number & no premium above what it would normally get.  

Put both notes in a proper currency sleeve for protection & do not handle them as demonstrated in your photos.  Keep them in a dry place.
