Hello! Please, how long does it take to someone to review “pending” new/modified pages of the Catalog?!

Thanks!

Andi 🤗

For a certain amount of time, it all depends on the workload of the volunteer referent and his or her availability
especially if, like me, he also has a house, a garden and a wife to maintain and he is not retired
As long as it's on hold, nothing is gone. If there is no referent for this request, the place is available.

It's not even a day since you made these.

Patience is a virtue!

Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.

Former coin and banknote catalogue referee.

Hi! Thanks, I wanted just to know how this works… As it is the first time I add pages to the catalog.

More, I have the experience of writting a private message to the referee (upon this matter) and after 12 days I received no reply. So?!

Hi! Ok, you are right but I also think there is nothing wrong to know how the “system” works!…

Okay, it depends on multiple things:
It usually takes between 1-2 days and 1-2 weeks but could also be way shorter or longer. It depends on the quality of the request (how much is filled out and the sourcing), how obscure an object is (often exonumia are quite fringe objects with no catalogs, is there even a place for it already in the catalog etc.), does a referee for the relevant issuer exist (if there is no referee and a non specialized admin has to deal with the request, point one would need to be of high quality to quicken things).

Bonjour!
