The Standard Guide to South Asian Coins and Paper Money Since 1556 AD defines KM numbers not in other catalogs and should be added to reference code KM.

Discussion of this issue: Akbar narnol mint, what does KM 28.41 mean?

I'm not sure how to handle that properly and not make things more confusing than they already are.
Also, I wonder whether the Standard Catalog of German Coins should be included too. It currently has the code MB.

Maybe the best solution would be to simply add a short explanation at the top of the page Standard Catalog of World Coins (KM), explaining what are KM numbers, where they can be found, and also the connection with C#, Y# and MB#.

How should we proceed here?
