The United States's “America, the Beautiful” quarter program is currently categorized as three different, but very similar, filters, and if accessing the list from Catalog > United States > Quarters > America, the Beautiful, it only shows a stub list that includes about 7 silver bullion issues, which is 1. not the full list of silver bullion quarters and 2. not the list of 56 circulating quarters that most users would expect.
