To submit the modification only when the “Modify data” button is clicked

As referee of Spain I do not need write sources in my own modifications. I saw here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic163692.html

But an unexpected action happened when I modified a page: the modification is submitted without clicking the “Modify data” button. When I selected the value from a list of options (for example on engraver) using the keyboard and clicked “Enter”, the page was submitted without finalising the changes.

My suggestion is to submit the page only when the button is clicked (if possible).

I have been bitten by this before when I press Enter in a random field. Either the request is rejected for no sources or, if I've started entering source information, an incomplete change is submitted.

I'd like to modify the request: Only if the Modify data button is activated. I commonly type in the Sources field, tab to the button, and press Enter to submit and I'd rather not see that go away.

The Modify Data button keeps the focus, it is at the end of the page while you can make an edit at the beginning and validate the form by typing Enter, which activates the focus.
To move, use the mouse, scroll wheel, vertical scrollbar, or TAB

With the mouse, simply hovering over a field considers it modified or deleted
The Sources field must be at least 3 ASCII characters

This is the problem. I do not want activate the focus of the “Modify data” button typing Enter because I select the option in fields by type Enter.
