Change request / not sure if it is a bug or the way I entered the request

I could use advice and a possible explanation as to why a change request I submitted was approved and validated yet at first none of the information was  added to the page. The next day (today), I see only part of it on the page. Not sure If I did something wrong entering the information or the incomplete information is due to a glitch. Specfically, I added a photo and a new narrative to a page. Nothing on the page the first day, today I see the photo I added but still no new narrative. Any advice or explanation as to what happened would be greatly appreaciated. I dont want to create unnecessary work/requests for those that give of their time.

Depends, was it validated fully or only partially?

Fully as far as I can tell. What I may have done wrong was explained privately by a fellow member. Too many additions and deletions on one request.  Thanks for your time but I think I now better understand what happened. Consider this topic SOLVED. Thanks again.

When two or more requests are made before the first is validated, it might happen that they override each other if they change the same field.
