I'm having a hard time figuring out how to use filters to search for, for example, 'Show me all my swap list coins for Suriname?"

I have 11 Suriname types in my collection and 1 type on my on my swap list (which is also one if the 11, so 11 types total that I have).

If I pull up the Catalog search with default values (circulating or come, etc) and only modify ‘Suriname’ in issuer and  ‘Yes’ on ‘Available for swap’ then I expect to get one result….but instead I get 36.

My first thought was to combine ‘Available For Swap = Yes' and “My Collection = in”, expecting it to AND them together (much as it ANDs “Gregorian Date = 1960” and “Reference = KM 9”)…..but it seems to OR them together yielding an answer of 11 instead of 1.

Is this intended behavior?
How do I search for just my coins to swap from Suriname and get back just the one type?

“Available for swap” means it's available to everyone.  It's not reporting if you have any for swap. It's reporting if any one of the 300,000 has it for swap. This should give what you want:

My collection – Numista

Oh.    Well I guess that explains it.

I guess I just assumed from it's positioning down with the only other two filter criteria specific to me ("My Collection" and “My Wishlist”) that it was a third user-specific filtering category.

So, is there a way to accomplish what I was trying using filters?
Or is exporting my collection and looking at the For Swap column my only real option?

Thanks much for the quick response!

Did you try the link I posted?

It had rsirian's ID, HERE is the link with yours.

Thanks!
