My Mexican coin lot came with a lot of these, mostly late 60's, appears those have very low mintages.
The ones I have grade f-xf/

Well, United States coins with mintages of 1M through 3M in such high grades typically go for at least 10-40 dollars.

Mexican coins aren't US, they aren't as collectible.

Not necessarily, its like manxcat has said, they aren't as collectible and as a result of this the value is affected. If you had a low mintage American coin it would be worth a lot more than its counterparts like my 1932 UK penny is worth more than its other dates because the mintage was 8M and the others were well in excess of this; however British coins on the whole but more so of the colonial era are very collectible. Some small countries like Guyana and similar only have small mintages but aren't particularly valuable due to the fact people don't really collect them. Do you understand what I'm trying to say albeit long-winded ha !

Hehe I changed the resolution and it still didnt work I need to re-take the picture but keep forgetting :S its the 1888 Victoria 4d that was struck only for use in Guiana.
