New issuer-- Kingdom of Mewar

I would like to add a new issuer as the kingdom of Mewar as Mewar became a princely state in 1818, however this will be a difficult task since from around 1710-1818 Mewar was a tributrary state of the Maratha Confederacy (((https://en.numista.com/forum/topic166176.html#p1277856 still waiting for it to please be considered)))
