How can this advertising bill be categorized? How much could it be worth? [Risolto]

Hi! i have what seems to be an advertising banknote for a shoe store from the city of Rosario, Argentina. It's inside a sealed plastic that has the imprint on the store on the back and seems to be from around 1947-49. The banknote itself isn't worth much, but i wan't to know how can this be categorized, as i'm totally new to the world of numismatics.
Also, i didn't find any other banknote in this specific state on the internet. I don't intend to sell this, but how much could this be worth?
Thanks in advance!

Probably just advertising material, but based on the material and design probably more ‘70 or ’80 (the note itself of course is older). Is the text even printed on the note or on the plastic? I doubt it has much additionnel value, just a few euro/dollars if you find anyone interested … which will be few. So indeed, just something different to have … it is the first time I see obsolete notes being used like that.

At that address there is even still a shoe shop! https://maps.app.goo.gl/XDHaBpfSpagoVweb9

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!

Thanks for the reply and the info! the text itself is printed on the plastic. Nice to see the place it's still a shoe shop, probably different owners tho.
So, not a lot of value… and in which category does it fall? Can it be considered an exonumia piece? or it's just a bill which casually has an ad?

Then it is just a note packed in plastic bag, nothing special about the note itself, only that it was used as publicity because of the packaging. Doesn't need a separate reference on Numista, you can add it to your collection on the page of the note with a personal comment.
