Of course! I just took cue from the others Belgian Notgeld sub-sections, all added as City of. 

Would the term municipality be more appropriate for most of them?

Yes, "municipality of Duffel" … I was translating a bit too literally  ;-)

Technically municipality is always correct, because a city is always also a municipality. But a municipality is not always a city. As everything in Belgium: it's complex 😉

Holding the title city is based on a 200-year old list (based in turn on ever having had historic city rights in the past), and some modifications by governmental decree in more recent years. 

Indeed … technically Gemeente Antwerpen is correct … but who'd dare 😠

Is it maybe possible to get a full table of the issuers in the Belgian notgeld section, both original language, English and French, as it would be easier to check out all errors in naming (there are a lot by just browsing)? @Jarcek ?
