Assistance in updating Saxony note year [Risolto]

I am not able to update the date for this banknote in a catalog. The month and day are correctly entered, but the year is listed as a question mark, and it is greyed out when trying to edit the change so I can not change it. Can someone update the date year to 1923 since I am locked out from editing it myself?
