EDIT — The 1945 P has some silver in it, so it's worth a little more (see current melt value at the bottom of the catalogue page).
EDIT 2 — Here's the link in the catalogue to the other ones, all very or extremely common. The color is just in the normal process of deterioration because of the elements (lying in the ground for some time; extreme heat in the case of the 1990 one, possibly, which means it's worth 5 cents; etc.). This has no added value and in most cases reduces the value.
