Funny. The listing for this coin, described as “ultra rare”, says it is “without the designers name” (which name is usually on the base below the condor). There is a photo of the 1919 coin attached as an icon as part of the listing of this type, but in that photo I clearlysee the designer’s name below the condor (“O. Roty”).
Thus, either the obverse is of another sub-type that has the name, or the listing information is incorrect.
