Year of this coin?

Hello

I just get this coin Turkey 10 para. I understand the year of the coin is 1909, but according to Krause catalog this coin was minted in first time in 1910.
I'm making a mistake with the year?? Krause catalog is wrong?? Fake??

Can anybody help me??

Coin has only 12 day in 1910, that's why I consider it as 1909. I just don't know Krausse criteria.

I'm not an expert in this type but I'm going to make an attempt...the date appears to be a frozen date 1327, what that means is that the date is fixed and then in the subsequent years of strikes they only changed the regnal year. Thus there are dates that look like 1327/2 (1911 AD), 1327/3 (1912 AD)...etc.
I think your coin is a 1327/5 (5 inside circle) so it's a 1914 AD. The regnal year is located below the toughra....if anyone knows a little more about this please correct me....

Joseph's right.

Ottoman coins use regnal years instead of Islamic years. Technically it's not a frozen date because of the regnal year.

In the future I plan to make calendars for all the Ottoman monarchs to organize the years lists better.

 1327 is the first year of the sultan.. so that coin is from the 5th year of sultan V. Mehmed Resad.
Technically Ottomon coins are a bit hard. There is 115 mint just known for now..
