German bank note identification help

I need to date this banknote and find any additional information.  Thank you in advance.

It's a voucher (Butschein) of 500,000 Marks issued by the Elektrizitäts-Benossenschaft Osterland, located in Ronneburg, in 1923.

Thank you.  I have two other banknotes from the period that I intend to use in a chapter I am writing that touches on the inflation woes of the period.  Your information is really crucial.

My German is pretty basic but as far as I understood, it was issued in 20 August 1923 and its owner could redeem the cash amount after 6 September 1923 in three different banks (Deutsche Credit-Anstalt unit at Ronneburg, the Ronneburger Bank or another institution that I can't read its name).

Just two small remarks: 

It's a Gutschein (voucher) from the Elektrizitäts-Genossenschaft Osterland e GmbH and the third bank is the (Ronneburger) Girokasse.
