Funny bug in the "Years" Graph [Risolto]

Hi,
So on this year graph on the “My Collection” Page if you try to click on it but the collum is tall enough for the year and number to be displayed **on** instead of above the collum like this:

It starts to flicker a lot and you can't click on the year. (I would guess what is happening is that in one moment it registers that you are hovering over the collum so it wants to display the little box, and in the next moment it's like "Well, you're not hovering over the collum anymore, so let me remove the box again… and that happens like 30x a second xD)

It's not too crazy of a bug but it annoyed me for a long while cause it wouldn't let me click on the year, and only today did i realize why that was. It can be negated by just hovering over the bottom part of the year, but i still wanted to make this post so it can maybe be fixed.
