Could we merge the following note? If I haven't missed anything, these are the same notes

Regarding P#27, there was indeed a duplication. The records have already been merged.

For the others, I will await the arbitrator's opinion; but it is a fact that there is no visible change between the issues of two different years and the pages could be merged. But let's wait for his opinion.

Earlier date should be kept, the later date merged into it or whichever works best, should note changes in catalog number.

In fact, in both cases, they were banknotes with identical characteristics, except for the year printed on the obverse.
