I mean, from just looking at the pages, one is a single „pattern“ coin and the other is the circulation version - there is also a slight weight difference. But it does look like one is the Pattern to the other, whether that constitutes being the same coin or being different coins I don’t know.

I'm not sure since I don't have that reference. I agree that 2-162c is on both pages but which one is correct? What would be the reference for the 1494 year line on N#101467 ?
I don't know one way or the other but I notice it has this reference Die Proben und Materialvarianten von Schweizer Münzen. There are 131 coins in Numista with a reference in this catalog all but 12 being patterns.
