Notice to new members

Is it worth adding some sort of notice that needs to be acknowledged into the process of registration when new members sign up to Numista informing them that this is not a coin sales site?  Just seen this:   https://en.numista.com/forum/topic171651.html

Indolenz is doing a very good job of informing people that this website is only used for information exchange and swapping coins, banknotes or exonumia, but it must be very wearing having to keep repeating the same old message over and over again.

Not really, I also don't search for such threads. If I see on by chance and they a very blatend and botty they get reported otherwise a short link to eBay is the most common response.

You can also write a mile long text but like any EULA most people will TL;DR, scroll and click accept.

We just need way more moderators so that we have a roughly 24/7 shift. This would also deal with a few other forum grievances at the same time. But those positions are a thankless job and it could be hard to fill them.

I dont see any downside to informing new users about this. Even if not everyone reads the popup/message some people will. I support this.

I can see the benefits of something like this.

For my part, I think it needs to be a separate message on its own, with its own acknowledgement.  Maybe even with a different colour (red).
