Series exists but cannot add additional items to existing series.

We have this medal series https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=2894

but when I try to add additional items to this series the series cannot be found?

Example under medal modification request I search Damals to find this series called “Damals in der DDR - 12 Medals set”.

but nothing is found altough the series exists in our catalogue.

What is the issue here?

That series only applies to items from the Federal Republic of Germany. If the medal is from another issuer the series has to be revised to add that issuer.

Uhh how did I missed that, the user had added it falsely under GDR but I missed that.
