From time to time I see request about coins, issuers, issuing entities, mints, literature or other entities published in the Numista site forum as a suggestion for Numista, instead publish them in a Numista coins/banknotes/exonumia catalog forum as a request about the specific entity.
Sometimes, the entity is used in more than one type of object (for example, an artist of coins and medals) and the user is unaware that can publish the request in any of those forums. Other times the user unaware that these request types exist.
I suggest add a notice in the page of new topic, near to the “suggesting an idea to improve Numista” checkbox, similar to:
If you want publish a request about coins, banknotes, exonumia, issuers, currencies and denominations, ruling authorities, issuing entities, series, marks, mints, signatures, printers, tags, engravers and designers, reference catalogs, or authorized picture sources, use the Numista coins, banknotes or exonumia catalog forums.
