Belarus: 1 kopeck 2009, km561, different stars / rays

There are three different coats of arms on the “2009” coins. Can anybody help to fix the dates of the origins of the arms? I have tried, but I have not found anything really official about it. I think I'm right about the versions 1 & 3, but version 2?

We decided we weren't sure about dates that's why we left them off the graphic.  What's changed?

The 10 kopek coin N#86725, which I just got in a swap today, it's a version 3 (arms from 2021)!

That's why I start to ask about the date of the version 2 and for all the denominations?

OK. I still don't know.  The page before it was changed with the three variety graphic from July 2025 looked like this:

Old coat of arms shown as both 1995  and 2005 (your graphic).  Only the New coat of arms year 2021 was kept.  I'm just not sure you can tie the coins to the coat of arms years. I'm not sure you can't either. But if you do shouldn't the Version 3 be 2020?

I've just been through UCoin and actually never found a version 1, not even for the 1 kopeck. My version 1, I start to think is a version 2, look at 13:30 ray?:

All the others, except the 20 kopeck (only version 2), has version 2 and 3, even the 1 and 2 rouble!

By Version 1 you mean the Wide, plain sun rays and that there are actually very faint fine rays so really a Version 2?  If so that's exactly what I said in the first post https://en.numista.com/forum/topic163316.html#p1262367 .
