Hello,
Though Guadeloupe is not a part of the Schengen Area, it uses the Euro and is a legal department of France. On our map however, it is not covered by the Eurozone, and I am wondering if it is better to change that. Also, since it is legally a part of France, shouldn't France be an Issuer that covers it as well?
