Link Republic of Congo to bank [Risolto]

I was looking into Congo Republic, and saw it needs two banks:

Central Bank (doesn't exists)

Central Bank of Central African States (exists): https://en.numista.com/catalogue/issuing_entity.php?id=699

And we can reude from the Central African states bank and borrom signatures and names to the Central Bank

Claude Panouillot, Governor

Georges Gautier, President

Need to be added to the Central Bank which doesn't exists, with the picture already belonging to them.

Yes, that's the only issue I can see/noticed of the “Central Bank”.

And I am not sure if other countries has issued by that bank, but I doubt it.

I can see you have marked it as done, but we still miss the Central bank of Central African States.

The Equatorial African states Bank does not have the needed signatures.
