Currently the map looks like this:
Add North Borneo to the map of Maritime Southeast Asia. As I understand this issuer is kind of a catch-all group to represent a region and not a specific kingdom or empire. It still weird that while it contains Brunei for example, it does't contain the Malaysian part of Borneo.
The URL of the issuer has peninsule_malaise in it, so maybe originally this was just only for peninsular Malaysia and then it was extended with other regions (Philippines, Brunei, etc.) but the original exclusion of North Borneo still remained?
