I received a lot of requests to add the sets from IOM. The ones from years '80 of 20th century I have got these sets myself with certificates issued by Pobjoy Mint & IOM government and these sets are in dedicated plastic slabes (with written set name or commemorate event). So these sets are official.
However some requests refers to sets of '90 coins in similar plastic slabes but with blue card with no specific info or year of issue. There is no certificate, any info on sets itself. I'm not sure if these sets are also officially issued by Pobjoy /IOM government but with no specific details (all packaging looks similar), maybe just to cut the costs and use the same packaging in multiple different years?? Or these were created by one of distributors?
Anyone knows who issued these sets? Are there official? I mean, should we create them in Numista?
