Request for possible new printer for Taiwan [Risolto]

These 2 notes in my collection to not have a printer set in their note details despite having a printer name on the note itself.

The name of the printer listed is: Printing Factory, Bank of Taiwan

There is another Taiwan printer from around the same period with a different name (Central Engraving and Printing Plant (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/printer.php?id=101))

I can not determine of these 2 printers are the same or if they are different. Perhaps one is an early name. I think something should be added so a printer can be added for these notes, either a new printer, or an updated name for the existing printer if they are indeed the same.
