Bug - Untouched fields listed in modification requests

I make a lot of modification requests.  Sometimes when I modify a single field, several other fields also appear in the modification request when I have not touched them.

e.g.

I just added the denomination but it looks like I did something with mints and links as well.  This makes it confusing for referees who don't know why I would make changes in those other fields (when I didn't).

I have seen this problem.

One common issue is for items that have a currency not connected with the issuer. Editing clears out the currency and denomination.

Other times I have no explanation for the field modifications.

This used to happen more in the past. Sometimes database just reorders something, as in this case, mints got reordered alphabetically. No need for alarm.

I can't reproduce it currently. 

Please could you post here with exact steps if it happens again?
