Weird bug, i refreshed the page and it was fine after.

Edit: Apparently it happens every time i open creation requests.

I have seen that, too. 

Cavalry is investigating, and my personal guess is that it is linked with very heavy server load.

I was about to post regarding this but forgot to take a screenshot. In my experience this happens sometimes when I reload coin pages, quite annoying but you can just reload again and it goes away (most times)

I also saw this with creation requests this morning, as a contributor and as a referee. When I tried take a screenshot, everything worked fine.

I was experiencing that yesterday too, also being asked if I was a robot when refereeing, and I lost a whole major edit which just disappeared and I had to do it all over again.

Just got it again when entering a coin page:

Also found not one, but two captchas at the bottom of the page!

I actually got a captcha right after exiting the page, might they have something to do with this?

Still not fixed apparently as I got this earlier today.

Have had this before, refreshing works but it doesn't go away otherwise.
