Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Ghana, Guadeloupe, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macau, Monaco, New Caledonia, North Korea, Oman, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Reunion, Sudan, and Trinidad & Tobago each gained one new member.

Of the top 25 nations, Ukraine grew the fastest in March (2.5% increase), while the Philippines grew the slowest (0.8%). The USA grew by 1.08% and France grew by 1.14%.
