To be an error, your note should have some design of the adjacent note appear on its border, but I don't see that on the note you posted. Perhaps I am missing something?
I'm not sure why you would want to grade this note: if it was for preservation (& you can afford it) then sure go ahead. Grading does not increase the value of your note. It may just make it more liquid (easier to sell), in some cases (generally when the note is in perfect Gem+ grade). Certifying a World banknote can be expensive unless they're right down the road & you can make a bulk submission (50+ notes) without FedEx but most certifiers want extra to grade an error as well. I am not sure what TPG you wish to use but PMG has extra expenses for the most minor thing.
The design of your note looks slightly cockeyed so the margins are uneven. If the note was AU it would get a 53, 55 (odd number) rather than AU 58. That's what the certifiers normally do when they see a note with a design that is not perfectly centred (give it an even cert # like 58). I cannot distinguish whether your note would fall in between EF or AU as I am just eyeballing the pictures but the certifiers use UV & a light box as well to determine whether it has been exposed to any chemicals or other types of handling/processing. If they detect any spots, ink, glue, pinhole, tear, partly pressed (or any most minute alteration to the substrate/material of your note) then it would also not get EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality designation) & that would make your note tougher to sell down the road as well.
