I have in my collection 4- 3oz silver bars from 1969 that were issued by W.H. Foster, Inc before they changed their name in 1972 to Lewis & Clark Mint, Inc. These bars were minted and issued out of Walla Walla, Washington and part of a set called the Coeur D' Alene Mines bars that recognized different mines in Wallace, Idaho.
I have 4 bars that I am wanting to add to my collection and am unable to find the listed issuer/striker.
