Sort by "Internal Id"?

Hello all, 

I am new to catalogging my collection with numista, as my previous spreadsheet became untennable. Each of my coins has its own unique ID so I can keep track, and I am using the “Internal ID” field for that. My issue arose when I then tried to sort by that ID. I can only sort by 5 basic categories(Face Value, Ruling A, Type, Reference, Date). I can not sort or search by ID. Is this ameteur hour or can I really not sort anything but those 5?

You can only sort by these 5 original categories and there doesn't seem to be a dedicated search filter for internal ID. Other newly added ones like ‘storage location’ and ‘acquisition place’ got one.

You can start a thread in the ‘Numista website’ forum with an improvement idea but there is no guarantee for implementation and I doubt that a dedicated sort function will be added but we should at least somehow be able to search for an ID.

For the moment your only way is the EXPORT your collection an filter by Internal ID that way (if you don't regularly need to sort your collection for that).

I will make a suggestion post. Thank you for confirming this isnt ameteur hour.
