I want to announce some wrong details about the Romanian coins:

in the years 2007, 2010, 2011, coins were not minted - just in sets.

in the year 2009, coins were not minted - just in sets.

seems there was mintage of non-proof issues. we had this discussion a while ago as far as I know.
